While centered on talent planning and performance, the role also supports broader talent priorities such as employee engagement and leadership development, connecting insights across these areas to strengthen individual and organizational capability. Applying a systems perspective and partnering closely with the business and HR, the Senior Talent Management Consultant delivers practical, high-impact solutions and measures their impact to drive continuous improvement.
