Job Purpose:
Our Change Management Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. This role will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management plans that drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.Job Responsibilities:
● Develop change management strategies based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.● Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
● Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
● Design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the change initiative, including objectives, scope, benefits, and progress.
● Develop training plans to ensure that employees and stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills to adopt the change.
● Oversee the development and delivery of training programs and materials.
● Conduct impact analyses to assess the change's effects on employees and the organization.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Evaluate organizational readiness for change and recommend strategies to address any gaps.
● Develop and implement metrics to track change adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
● Regularly report on the progress of change initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
● Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
● Gather and analyze feedback from employees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in change management processes.
● Continuously refine change management strategies and tools based on lessons learned.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).● Strong planning and organization skills are required.Education:
