The Opportunity

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence professional, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Leading financial due diligence efforts in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to maximize client value
- Analyzing financial information with a focus on earnings quality, cash flows, and key deal issues
- Developing strategic advice and business diligence services for complex transactions
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success
- Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Mentoring the next generation of leaders and cultivating potential within teams
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to shape the direction of engagements
- Translating vision into actionable strategies and inspiring others to follow
- Overseeing multiple projects while balancing long-term and short-term objectives
- Encouraging creativity and problem-solving by exploring multiple angles and solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

- At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial statement analysis and modeling
- Utilizing strategic mindset to drive profitable growth and innovation
- Leading mergers and acquisitions strategy and execution
- Cultivating executive-level client relations and business development
- Promoting technological advances in financial due diligence processes
- Mentoring future leaders in financial management and analysis

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
