The OpportunityAs a Deals Valuation - Financial Analytics & Derivatives (FAD) - Senior Associate, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.
In this role within our Deals practice, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed financial analysis and valuations for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions
- Utilizing Alteryx and other automation platforms to streamline data processing and analysis
- Applying analytical thinking to assess the worth and potential risks of various deals
- Engaging in asset and derivative valuation to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored valuation services
- Developing financial models to evaluate deal structures and potential outcomes
- Interpreting market trends and industry insights to inform valuation strategies
- Presenting financial reports and valuation findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Supporting the development of business value analysis and capital modeling initiatives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all valuation activities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
