Description
OVERVIEW
This contractor role is essential for maintaining delivery continuity and mitigating execution risks across active and upcoming initiatives within the Securitization portfolio. Key projects include SecureHub Invoicing Phase 3, Operational Reporting, the SecureHub 2025R2 upgrade, LoanTrak user administration, L1 Production support, and management of the manual email attestation process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets and a proven ability to collaborate with various teams, including Front Office, Finance, Market Risk, and technology groups. They will be detail-oriented and analytical, capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Hours: 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (subject to change)
Pay: t4: $80-85 / IC: $95-98
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with diverse teams such as Front Office, Finance, Market Risk, Global Middle Office, Back Office, and technology teams to ensure project success.
- Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into new reporting and application features and functionality.
- Elicit and document business requirements, risks, and priorities to establish a clear understanding of project scope.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to secure buy-in on feasible solutions.
- Analyze and interpret business requirements, performing current, target, gap, and impact analyses.
- Validate that proposed solutions and associated testing approaches meet articulated business requirements.
- Identify and implement fixes for production or file errors as they arise.
- Engage with downstream groups and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of requirements and design methodology, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with data modeling and design, including static data and data repositories.
- Experience in providing and reviewing solution designs and supporting project planning.
- Strong background in Capital Markets IT or business environments, particularly in MBS, Securitization, or Fixed Income.
- Expertise in SQL/Oracle databases, with the ability to create and query tables and optimize queries.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive and curious, with a desire to engage with various projects, tools, and partners.
- Hands-on experience with securitization tools and the ability to communicate business requirements effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to previous roles, showcasing significant tenures in past positions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- SQL and Oracle database expertise, including query creation and optimization.
- Experience with securitization tools and methodologies.
PREFERRED
- Experience in Asset Backed Securities or US Whole Loans business within capital markets.
