About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as senior expert for Sales and Distribution, eDocument Cockpit, EDI, Pricing, and omnichannel retail processes; specific insights into the Asia Pacific markets are a plus
- Solution design and enhancements for retail‑specific SAP components such as SAP Sales, SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA) and retail store back office related Fiori Applications
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP process designs following global templates and standards
- Perform EDI integrations with partners
- Perform SAP customizing, functional documentation, and coordination with development teams
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all supported markets
- Deliver technical user training, documentation, and hyper care during deployments
- Provide 3rd level support, analyze/debug and solve critical issues or escalation with Vendor
- Assure continuous improvement initiatives, retail process optimization, and selective automation or AI‑supported enhancements
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned and stable end‑to‑end solutions
- Maintain process and integration documentation for reusability and knowledge sharing
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on SD and Logistics Execution (LE) experience
- Proven knowledge in omnichannel retail
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales, Logistics Execution, and Retail & Fashion processes, including SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA)
- Deep insight into eDocument as well as EDI integrations to translate business needs into standardized and legally compliant SAP solutions
- Experience in integration design and SAP architecture concepts
- Proven ability to lead projects and work with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Experience in retail or omnichannel business environments is a plus
