Senior IT Business Analyst - APAC Enterprise Applications

## What you’ll do:

• The IT Systems Analysis Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving APAC regional application solutions that support business operations, digital transformation, and compliance requirements. Acting as a combined Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager, this role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and global governance groups to deliver scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• The position supports a broad portfolio of regional business applications across HR, finance, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. This may include solutions such as BIPO, GaiaWorks, UKG Dimensions, Moka, WeCom, Oracle, Golden Tax, Concur, NeoCRM, Eaton business websites, and other regional or business-function-related initiatives.
• This role leads and supports multiple concurrent initiatives across APAC, driving requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance alignment to ensure successful business outcomes and operational excellence.
• Partner with business stakeholders and process owners to understand business objectives and requirements, analyze business and system processes, assess impacts, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, reconcile conflicting requirements, distinguish underlying business needs from stated requests, and translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with Eaton standards, governance frameworks, and global solution strategies.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across APAC, ranging from application enhancements and repeatable deployments to large-scale and strategic transformation programs.

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including functional/business/systems analysis, project delivery, and application implementation.
• Experience in supporting complex, cross-functional and multi-country initiatives in areas such as HR, finance, CRM, order management, customer service, or other business-critical platforms.
• Experience leading or supporting full project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, stakeholder management, and transition to operations.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence stakeholders in a cross-cultural environment.
