What You'll Do
Own the full Merchant Marketing Fund lifecycle for a portfolio of ~10–12 key accounts across our Attractions and Mobility verticals — from campaign design and pitch, through execution coordination with Campaign Operations, to final reporting and merchant satisfaction on marketing funds investment.
As owner of merchants' marketing activities, engage merchants face-to-face — independently or jointly with BD as needed — and serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing funds related conversations: campaign proposals, mid-campaign check-ins, and results reviews.
Own campaign idea pitch and post-campaign reporting for these accounts — from understanding merchant marketing goals through to results — handing off execution to the Campaign Operations team.
Provide standardized, transparent post-campaign reporting (pre/during/post analysis) on every campaign regardless of outcome; commit to guaranteed impression/exposure metrics rather than promising conversion or click-through results.
Own and continuously iterate our media & advertising solutions catalog and rate card to mature our offering beyond today's small set of standard packages.
Partner with Campaign Operations to ensure every catalog change is executable at scale and on-brand.
Who You Are
Marketing background with experience in e-commerce, catalog management, or ad product sales.
Comfortable designing commercial products/structures that other teams use to negotiate with clients — you don't need to own the client relationship directly, but your work needs to hold up in the room.
Data-driven: able to build and defend rate cards, reporting frameworks, and ROI arguments.
Strong cross-functional collaborator, equally comfortable with commercial and operations teams.
Fluent in English & Japanese.
