About this role:

The Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel to career opportunities through a military spouse-specific virtual hiring event and onboarding program.

Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst to support the deployment, administration, and measurement of AI literacy and adoption programs across Infrastructure Operations & Resiliency. This role will coordinate AI literacy campaigns, maintain enablement resources, administer community engagement programs, and deliver data-driven insights that help leaders increase responsible AI adoption and workforce confidence.

The role is designed for an early-career professional who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working across learning, communications, reporting, and technology adoption activities. Success requires strong discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to translate usage data and engagement signals into clear, actionable reporting.

In this role, you will:

AI literacy program administration

  • Coordinate AI literacy campaigns, training events, office hours, and enablement activities across IOR personas.
  • Administer the AI learning calendar, including Show Me How demos, Builder Circles, Activator Community Calls, and Leading AI-First Teams sessions.
  • Maintain the AI Hub / Teamwork's content library, including training recordings, templates, FAQs, prompt examples, and adoption playbooks.
  • Support the onboarding, scheduling, and engagement of AI Activators, champions, subject matter experts, and community leads.
  • Track action items, content readiness, meeting logistics, and follow-ups associated with program execution.

Adoption of data analytics and reporting

  • Gather, validate, and summarize AI adoption signals for approved AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and future enterprise AI solutions.
  • Build recurring Power BI reports that highlight reach, active usage, license activation, training completion, engagement levels, and adoption trends by role, persona, or organization.
  • Maintain scorecards and dashboards aligned to AI literacy outcomes: Awareness, Confidence, Judgment, Fluency, and Usage.
  • Identify gaps in adoption, training participation, or tool activation and escalate insights with clear recommended next actions.
  • Prepare concise, executive-ready PowerPoint summaries, metric narratives, and status updates for leadership review.

Communications, change management, and engagement

  • Coordinate multi-channel communications including Teams posts, email updates, newsletters, event reminders, and leadership talking points.
  • Support recognition, gamification, and leaderboard concepts that reinforce positive adoption behaviors and sustained engagement.
  • Collect and organize stakeholder feedback from sessions, surveys, community calls, and AI Concierge interactions.
  • Help tailor adoption messaging for end users, developers, product teams, risk partners, and people managers.
  • Promote responsible AI behaviors by reinforcing approved tool guidance, prohibited-use awareness, and human-review expectations.

Stakeholder partnership

  • Partner with AI program leads, learning partners, communications teams, data leads, technology owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inputs across activator leads, developer leads, product leads, HR partners, and concierge/content owners.
  • Support leadership alignment materials, next-step tracking, and program governance routines.
  • Assist with logistics and reporting for campaigns tied to town halls, community calls, formal goals, and workforce upskilling efforts.


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ months of experience in program coordination, analytics, communications, learning administration, technology enablement, or related work.
  • 6+ months of experience organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, and managing recurring reporting routines.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to summarize data clearly for business audiences.
  • 6+ months Experience with at least one of the following tools (or similar): Power BI, SQL, Python, SAS, R, Microsoft Fabric


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint, Teams, or other reporting and collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, generative AI, or enterprise AI adoption programs.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management, communications planning, or learning campaign execution.
  • Ability to interpret adoption data and convert findings into concise business recommendations.
  • Understanding of responsible AI concepts, AI governance awareness, data handling expectations, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, grammar, formatting, and audience relevance.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and follow through on detailed execution tasks.
  • Ability to produce a copy of military orders including applicant
