The OpportunityAs a Managed Services - Application Evolution Services - Oracle - Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing Oracle software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will be instrumental in shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders, all while upholding our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion. Your role involves fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together, promoting technological advances, and driving thought leadership.
In this role, you will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging our collective strength. You will identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successes for the firm, all while adhering to professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts for Oracle consulting services
- Overseeing multiple client engagements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Translating vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to follow
- Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Oracle software solutions for seamless integration
- Providing training and support to enhance client utilization of Oracle applications
- Promoting technological advances and innovative practices within consulting teams
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic choices to drive change and address system-level enablers
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
- Leading strategic initiatives in business application consulting
- Driving innovation through emerging technologies and digital tooling
- Excelling in project architecture and systems project management

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
