About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at Cabrini Health. Working across our switchboard, concierge and reception operations, you'll benefit from the variety our hospital offers every day. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a healthcare leader and a highly experienced team, all within a secure and supportive organisation.
Our department operates 6:00AM-11PM 365 days a year and flexibility is preferred to work a range of shifts throughout the week, predominantly weekdays.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service to staff, patients, visitors which may include:
Answering and redirecting incoming calls through our switchboard system
Concierge duties - greeting patients and visitors at the main hospital entrance and escorting patients into the hospital
Responding to emergency calls in a timely manner and accurately transmitting messages via the relevant system
Giving directions in accordance with our way-finding procedure
Booking of taxis and couriers as requested
Making Patient Transport bookings as required
Assisting with general enquiries
