The Role

Join Bega Group’s Customer Support team in Docklands and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Officer, you'll build strong relationships, manage enquiries and orders, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow their career with an iconic Australian brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive customer support across phone and email channels

• Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes

• Manage shared inbox enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through

• Resolve delivery issues and coordinate positive customer outcomes

• Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience

About you

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently while contributing to team success

• Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous
