Role Overview
DPR Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive marketing specialist to support our teams across DPR’s Core Markets (Advanced Technology, Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Life Sciences) and other workgroups. This role focuses on execution, coordination, and enablement, providing high-impact support for core market deliverables, mega projects, complex pursuits, and enterprise initiatives while ensuring consistency, quality, and speed across marketing efforts.
The Marketing Specialist role works across core markets and regions, partnering closely with Core Market Marketing Leads to support regional marketers, pursuit teams, SSG, DPR strategy teams, and project teams. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Pursuit Support
Support CMMLs and regional teams on mega projects and complex pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, interviews, and proposal coordination Coordinate development of pursuit deliverables (graphics, resumes, project sheets, narratives, interview materials) Support prequalification efforts, MSA submissions, and bidder qualification lists as needed
Mega Project & Enterprise Enablement
Provide dedicated marketing coordination support for mega projects, large-scale programs, and national pursuits
Help support the organization of pursuit schedules, roles, milestones, and deliverables across large, matrixed teams
Support enterprise initiatives led by SSG or corporate marketing that intersect with Core Markets
Content, Data & Systems Support
Assist with development and maintenance of core market collateral, case studies, TeamSlide presentations, boilerplate language, metadata, trainings, and CC Library assets
Support Cosential data accuracy by coordinating project data, metrics, and content throughout the project lifecycle
Help track awards, speaking submissions, surveys, and conference participation
Coordination & Communication
Serve as a unified support between CMMLs, regional marketers, SSG, Communications & Brand, and project teams
Support CMMLs on internal meetings and workshops by assisting in developing agendas, materials, and follow-ups as requested
Assemble and execute internal Core Market Newsletters on a monthly basis
Support CMMLs with external communications development and reviews, including support of website updates
Assist with internal SharePoint site updates related to each of the core markets including Toolbox, Get Work Resource Center, and CM specific SharePoint sites
Ideal Experience & Skills
Experience in A/E/C, professional services, or complex B2B marketing environments
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across markets and regions
Working knowledge of proposal development, marketing systems, and CRM tools
Collaborative mindset with a solutions-oriented, “can-do” attitude
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft 365, with demonstrated experience in page layout for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
Comfort working quickly and independently in InDesign and PowerPoint under tight deadlines
Experience adapting templates and layouts for diverse audiences, markets, and project scales
