Marketing Specialist

DESCRIPTION:
Join our marketing team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you'll create effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support our scientific solutions. As a Regional Marketing Specialist II, you'll collaborate with regional marketing managers to plan and execute marketing programs that connect our products with customers who are making breakthrough discoveries. You'll manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, enhance campaign performance through data-driven insights, and ensure all communications align with our brand standards while delivering measurable results.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree, no prior experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of marketing experience across multiple channels including digital, web, social media, events, and traditional media
• Preferred Fields of Study: Marketing, Communications, or related scientific field
• Project management certification desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization
• Strong data analytics skills with ability to track metrics and provide actionable insights
• Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities across various platforms
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, and creative teams
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and budgets
• Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and current trends
• Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and tools
• Understanding of brand guidelines and regulatory compliance
