Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift, compressed work week schedule

Role: Mechanical Technician
Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours shift, compressed work week schedule
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
- Conduct daily rounds and readings.
- Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating and cooling systems.
- Conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties.
- Assignments are semi-routine in nature with work performed within generally defined parameters.
- Some degree of judgment required in resolving non-standard problems.
Experience / Requirements:
- Experience in facility mechanical systems operations and maintenance (boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, building exhaust, water movement, etc.).
- Lift 30 lbs 3 times a day on average.
- Preferred experience in Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical industries.
Hourly pay range: $30/HR to $40/HR - based on experience
