Core Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence.

• Manage day-to-day activities with stakeholders supporting marketing and promotional campaigns, including print and digital vendors, to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Provide exceptional service to internal business partners by responding to requests and helping resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, and workflow processes for key marketing initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency while supporting established best practices.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential issues, and communicate risks to leadership as appropriate.
• Support the implementation and ongoing execution of new marketing processes, platforms, and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project coordination, campaign execution, or related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with external vendors, technology partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $68,500.00 - $87,500.00
