Business Relationship Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Relationship Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic client projects, bringing your expertise to diverse environments and contributing to impactful IT initiatives.

Mission Context:

As a Business Relationship Manager working under the Agile methodology, you will ensure that large-scale projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope. This role requires mandatory infrastructure knowledge regarding Cloud, Windows, Linux, and application migration into the Cloud using new technologies. You will coordinate one or several major projects, including collaboration with group teams, and lead service meetings with partners in run mode. The position is focused on project coordination (not PMO or PO), with a strong emphasis on Cloud and infrastructure technologies for migrating existing applications to new platforms. You will work closely with multiple Tribes and Squads in an agile environment, participating in Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding partners, coordinate timelines, and monitor delivery milestones and budgets based on architecture and Agile initiatives.
• Analyse and propose optimal solutions for project challenges.
• Support change management with partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project communications with stakeholders, management, and project teams.
• Track progress against plans, including actual time and cost, and provide regular progress reports.
• Develop knowledge of applications, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure all project elements meet group standards.
• Follow action plans and activities of assigned team members, providing support and guidance as a coordinator.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing of project deliverables with relevant partner teams.
• Oversee communication, roll-out, and aftercare phases to ensure successful handover to day-to-day operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure with strong Cloud knowledge.
• Mandatory technical experience in Windows, Linux, lifecycle management projects, WAS, Citrix, telecom, and web-based applications.
• Proven experience in Cloud infrastructure and application migration to Cloud using new technologies.
• Knowledge of migration projects for applications (support/help desk experience is not considered sufficient).
• Familiarity with new infrastructure technologies and AI.
• Business experience in the banking sector, with knowledge of the client’s organization and objectives.
• Experience in IT infrastructure project contexts and functional application domains.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methods, processes, and tools, with knowledge of enterprise standards.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Dutch or French (combined with English) is also required.
