DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change Management & Adoption Strategy

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of Change Management focused Adoption Plans for both new digital product rollouts and legacy product sunsets across internal and external user bases.
• Apply behavioral frameworks, impact analyses, and risk assessments to identify friction points and design interventions that minimize disruption and resistance.
• Define behavioral metrics, usage telemetry, and success KPIs to quantify adoption velocity and measure the ROI of change initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Strategic Alignment

• Drive continuous alignment with internal and external product owners and stakeholder groups to understand product roadmaps, release schedules, business objectives, and user impacts.
• Act as an expert advisor to product managers, business units, and external client groups, ensuring change strategies are integrated directly into Agile product delivery lifecycles.
• Facilitate stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and executive alignment sessions to foster cross-functional buy-in.

Execution & Digital Adoption Team Collaboration

• Delegate Adoption Plan needs for Strategic Communications and Training elements to appropriate members of the Digital Adoption Team, outlining clear scope, objectives, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Instructional Designers, Technical Trainers, Communications Lead, Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) Specialists to align training content and in-app guidance with overall 

Requirements

REQUIRED 

• Methodology: Demonstrated expertise in established change management methodologies combined with psychological principles of behavioral design and motivation.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-faceted adoption plans, direct work streams across multidisciplinary teams, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Behavioral Analysis & Intervention Design: Ability to diagnose user friction, analyze behavioral data, and construct targeted nudges and change enablement programs.
• Stakeholder Facilitation: Skill in building trust, navigating complex enterprise matrix structures, and aligning disparate team goals.
• Strategic Execution: Capability to translate high-level product strategy into actionable, step-by-step change and communication roadmaps.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Competency in using quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to iteratively refine adoption tactics.
  
  

DESIRED 

• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Practitioner certification.
• Direct experience working with Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) such as WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix, or Appcues.
• Strong background in survey design, psychometrics, advanced statistical analysis, and organizational research methodologies.
