Therefore, we are seeking a candidate with a good level of enthusiasm and tenacity to join our dynamic team  The role We're currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join our ever-growing team. As a Client Services Executive you will be on the frontline of the business in direct communication with our clients resolving any and all enquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner. As we are experiencing an extended period of sustained grow there is currently a lot of room for progression for the right individual  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:liaise with new and existing clients and contractors both over the phone and by email, providing them with support, arranging appointments for client services team and promoting company services and as requestedPromptly deal with all enquiries as and when required, ensuring accurate and professional responsesEntering precise information into the Company Database and therefore keeping all information up to date.Working with the client services team to develop and implement marketing/promotional activities to maintain and enhance the profile of the company and to ensure company targets are achieved.Focus on all company services for new and emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to promote all services to ensure the future growth of the business.Support office administrators as and when required and ensure full awareness of all administration tasks and responsibilities at all times, so that effective cover can be maintained.Provide a high level of customer care and support that promotes and reflects the image of the business.Providing educational tutorials and support on the platform’s capabilities and functionality to users Developing knowledge of industry and clients’ use cases, in order to more fully understand the background of support questionsEnsure you have sufficient knowledge of all services to provide a quality support service for clients.Meet and exceed any targets/deadlines that may be set by the Client Services Manager.Undertake any other duties within your capability as directed by the Client Services Manager. Key Skills required for this role; Must have relevant experience of customer service delivery for managed services or a B2B office based, account management roleStrong in building relationships with excellent communication skills both spoken and written Team player, and able to work on own initiative.Using service/industry knowledge to identify opportunities to add value and drive process efficiencies.Be motivated and enthusiastic at all timesDisplay high standards of service and presentationHave a pro-active and can do approach Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with clients from all different backgrounds across numerous sectors  Benefits:Contributory Pension SchemeCompetitive salaryOn-site Parking23 days holiday plus bank holidays off Job Types: Full-time, Permanent9AM-5PM working hours (including paid lunch hour)Monday – Friday
