Account Executive (Client Services)

Company Description

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join Digitas Singapore and support the day-to-day management of our client relationships and work.

This is an early-career client leadership role for someone who is organised, curious and comfortable working across different disciplines. You’ll help communicate client briefs to internal teams across strategy, creative, experience, CRM, data and technology, ensuring work moves forward smoothly and is delivered to a high standard.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. But you will be expected to take ownership, ask good questions, stay close to the detail and develop a strong understanding of both our clients’ businesses and the work we create for them.

Overview

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and act as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Help manage projects from brief through to delivery, keeping timelines, actions, dependencies and approvals on track.
• Prepare meeting agendas, contact reports, status updates, presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, production, experience, CRM, data, media and technology teams to coordinate integrated work.
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, audiences, competitors and category dynamics.
• Help turn client requests into clear briefs and ensure teams have the information and context they need to deliver effectively.
• Review work carefully before it reaches the client, helping maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track project scopes, estimates, purchase orders and other basic commercial requirements with support from senior account leads.
• Flag risks, changes in scope or potential delays early rather than waiting for problems to escalate.
• Build positive relationships across the agency and with clients through clear, responsive and thoughtful communication.
• Contribute ideas and observations rather than simply coordinating tasks — looking for ways to make the work and the client relationship better.
• Support pitches, workshops and new business opportunities when required.

Responsibilities

• Around 1–2 years of experience in an agency, marketing, communications or related environment. Strong graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
• Able to work independently and manage internal and external workflows and ways of working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, polished work.
• A proactive mindset — you follow through, anticipate what is needed next and ask when something is unclear.
• Curiosity about brands, consumers, culture, technology and how businesses grow.
• Comfortable collaborating with people from different disciplines and levels of seniority.
• Able to stay calm and constructive when priorities or timelines change.
• A willingness to learn the commercial side of account management, including scopes, budgets and resource planning.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, CRM, social, content, experience design or technology is helpful, but not essential.
