Position: Head – Quality (Domestic & International) Location: Corporate Office, NoidaCompany: Jakson Green Private LimitedJob Responsibilities:• Develop and implement quality control plans and processes for solar projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to identify quality objectives and monitor progress towards achieving them.• Conduct regular audits and inspections of project sites, materials, and equipment to ensure adherence to quality specifications.• Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans to address potential quality issues.• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality inquiries and complaints, effectively resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality standards for materials and services.• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics related to quality, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve overall quality levels.• Develop and facilitate training programs for staff regarding quality control processes and procedures.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in solar technology, implementing best practices to optimize quality and efficiency.• Oversee preparation of the Project Supply Quality Plans, Quality Control, Plans and Project Quality Procedures which guarantee compliance to contractual requirements Lead development, implementation, maintenance, improvement of system, and processes that ensure the correct documentation/ information/ instructions and that changes are implemented on timeQualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.• Minimum 15+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the solar industry.• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures.• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations pertaining to solar projects.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential quality issues.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant quality control software.
