For our client, a globally successful investment bank, we are looking for a Vice President to join their team in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a global organisation with a strong track record.
## Tasks
- Project management of cross-border M&A and ECM transactions
- Advising clients during transactions, both in-house and onsite
- Prepare and lead cross-product client pitches (M&A, ECM) in collaboration with product experts globally
- Keep abreast of global industry developments, M&A, equity and debt related issues
- Assess business valuations, develop DCF, LBO models
- Coordinate and mentor junior team members
## Requirements
**The position requires a confident individual who is a highly motivated and reliable self-starter; with a strong willingness to learn, as well as**
- 6-10 years of professional experience in M&A / ECM / Corporate Finance in an investment bank, corporate finance or consulting firm
- Strong modelling and analytical skills, ability to handle valuation reports using all relevant methodologies
- Ability to train and mentor more junior colleagues
- Fluent in German and English
