## About this Role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our Software & Product Infrastructure team in Bucharest. This role focuses on building and supporting complex software solutions, including databases, business logic, user interfaces, and integrations. The individual will collaborate within an international, distributed team delivering solutions to enterprise customers worldwide, while also contributing to Level 3 support and continuous improvement initiatives.

## What you’ll do

• Develop well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code aligned with company standards
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software products, services, features, and modules
• Support software solutions through Level 3 incident and issue resolution
• Document system enhancements, changes, and technical specifications
• Collaborate effectively within distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Manage multiple workstreams and prioritise deliverables to meet agreed timelines and milestones
• Participate in planning, estimations, and scheduling of development tasks
• Ensure high-quality delivery through adherence to the software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices

## Who you are

• Demonstrated interest in software development across web, mobile, or communication technologies
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software development lifecycle concepts
• Familiarity or experience with one or more of the following: Java, Spring, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, XML, and web services
• Foundational understanding of relational databases
• Awareness of version control systems such as Git
• Exposure to Linux environments (administration, scripting, or maintenance) is beneficial
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international, multicultural environment
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; additional languages are beneficial
