As a senior member of the Group ACC leadership team, support the CEO in translating strategy into funded plans, reliable management information and timely execution. Build consistent corporate processes across the network, strengthen accountability and controls, and resolve outstanding corporate matters in legacy businesses while preparing the platform for expansion.

  • Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure. Explain variances, challenge assumptions and track corrective actions with Operational Excellence and Operating Business Unit leaders.
  • Coordinate timely accounting and finance support, including management accounts, reconciliations, payment processing, receivables follow-up, intercompany balances and audit schedules, with the responsible finance teams.
  • Prepare funding requirements and cash-flow forecasts for existing operations, new centres and transitions. Coordinate advances, approved capitalisation and other funding actions with Group Finance through the required approvals.
  • Provide the CEO with accurate dashboards and decision papers, identifying financial risks, cost pressures and opportunities to improve business sustainability.

Feasibility & Investment Decision Support

  • Consolidate business cases and supporting evidence for management, Investment Committee and Board submissions, ensuring consistency between commercial proposals, operating plans and financial assumptions.
  • Track approved investment conditions and compare actual results with the approved business case after opening, highlighting deviations and coordinating corrective actions with accountable owners.

Administration & Documentation

  • Support function heads and centre managers in implementing approved manpower plans, ensuring requests are complete, justified and progressed promptly through the appropriate approvals.
  • Oversee office administration, corporate records and administrative support, including documentation and tracking of management decisions and outstanding actions.
  • Ensure sourcing evaluations, purchase commitments, contract documentation, receipts and payment submissions are properly supported and comply with approved budgets and Limits of Authority.
  • Maintain a central register of contracts, tenancies, commitments, renewal dates and key obligations. Coordinate review and renewal with Legal, Procurement, Growth and Partnerships, and the relevant service owner.
  • Monitor procurement turnaround, supplier issues and opportunities for standardisation or consolidated purchasing, ensuring savings support service quality and opening schedules.

Marketing & Communications

  • Lead marketing planning and execution across Group ACC, including brand materials, digital channels, campaigns and centre-opening communications, aligned with Group Marketing and approved service propositions.
  • Work with Growth and Partnerships and operating teams on catchment activation, patient acquisition and referral campaigns. Monitor enquiries, booking conversion, campaign costs and commercial contribution.
  • Ensure public-facing materials, recruitment publicity, service claims and launch announcements receive the required clinical, corporate and CEO clearance before release, with timing aligned to centre readiness.

General Accountability
