• Demonstrate a strong understanding of style guides, flexible templates, and visual toolkits, ensuring all creative outputs preserve design integrity, maintain brand consistency, and translate cleanly across various formats.
• Present conceptual thinking, image curation, and visual treatments directly to client brand managers to clearly communicate and support your design choices.
• Leverage generative AI tools to create and alter high-fidelity creative assets, seamlessly blending AI outputs with traditional composition techniques to accelerate workflow.
Basic Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Art Director, Senior Designer, or Visual Designer in a fast-paced creative agency or high-output in-house creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience working with technology, retail, consumer, or enterprise brands.
• Experience working with large client asset libraries and maximizing the potential of existing brand photography and visual assets.
• Strong understanding of adapting creative systems and style guides across channels, formats, and audiences.
• Experience with motion, animation, or dynamic digital assets.
