Crowne Plaza North Augusta is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales efforts, strengthen market presence, and drive revenue growth.

Located in the vibrant Riverside Village district, our upscale, full-service hotel features 180 guestrooms, versatile meeting and event spaces, and exceptional dining experiences.

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-focused leader who thrives on generating new business, developing high-performing teams, and creating lasting partnerships throughout the Augusta and North Augusta markets. 

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share.
• Generate new corporate, government, group, catering, and social event business through proactive prospecting and relationship-building.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while establishing clear performance goals and accountability.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community partners, event planners, and key market accounts.
• Partner with Revenue Management to develop pricing strategies, forecasts, and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee group bookings, proposals, contracts, site inspections, and client relationships.
• Develop marketing initiatives and digital strategies to enhance hotel visibility and attract new business.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and operational departments to ensure successful execution of meetings and events.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous hotel sales leadership experience, preferably in a full-service hotel.
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation, business development, and account management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with hotel sales systems and CRM platforms; Delphi and IHG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of group sales, catering, revenue management, and hospitality marketing.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable results.
