HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

Arcadia Counseling is a growing outpatient mental health practice serving clients across multiple Utah locations. We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting and core HR functions as we continue expanding our clinical team and geographic footprint.

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of therapists and other healthcare professionals while also managing day-to-day HR functions across the organization.

The right candidate will be highly organized, responsive, comfortable working independently, and experienced recruiting in healthcare. Experience recruiting mental health clinicians is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for therapists, clinical leadership, psychiatric providers, administrative staff, and other positions.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified clinical candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, universities, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill clinical positions and geographic markets.
• Track recruiting activity, time-to-hire, candidate sources, acceptance rates, and other hiring metrics.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and employee documentation.
• Manage employee relations, leave administration, benefits coordination, policy administration, and routine HR questions.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Assist management with performance-management processes and employee issues.
• Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems as Arcadia grows.
• Work closely with Arcadia leadership, clinical directors, office management, credentialing, and technology.
• Support workforce planning associated with new clinic openings and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Prior professional HR and/or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Mental health or behavioral health recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting professional or licensed employees preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large number of candidates and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential employee information.
• Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes continue to evolve.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technology.
• Must currently reside in Utah.
