About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Inside the Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COFO) organization, the Sr. Director, Strategy & Change joins a new Data & AI function built to help COFO turn trusted data and AI into faster, smarter decisions across the business. You'll drive adoption of new capabilities, steer the team toward the highest-value opportunities, and turn COFO's wins into stories Salesforce can tell - working closely with leaders across the org and with the Customer Zero Marketing team. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Lead adoption and change for COFO's data and AI work so new capabilities become part of how teams operate day to day, not an extra task on top of their jobs
Build upskilling and enablement programs in partnership with Employee Success and DET so COFO teams can work confidently with data and AI
Anticipate and address change fatigue and resistance, keeping the pace of change realistic and sustainable
Broker reuse across process areas so a win in one area scales across the rest of COFO
Help steer the portfolio toward the highest-value, highest-impact opportunities for COFO
Quantify the value data and AI initiatives deliver and make it clear and visible to leaders
Track adoption and value over time and feed learnings back into prioritization
Turn COFO wins into clear Customer Zero stories, including the "making of," for use inside Salesforce and with customers and prospects
Build a pipeline of internal case studies that can be published externally
Partner with marketing to shape and share these stories, and develop content for COFO executives to present
Bring back learnings from what customers and other teams are doing so COFO can apply them
Set simple, consistent ways of working for how change and adoption get delivered across COFO
Surface low-value process friction and push to remove it
You're Our Person If...
You have 10+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or strategy, including leading programs at scale
You have a track record of driving adoption of new technology or new ways of working in a large organization
You have strong storytelling skills and can turn complex work into clear, compelling narratives for executives and customers
You're a strong collaborator who can influence across many teams without direct authority
You're comfortable leading through ambiguity and change fatigue in a fast-moving transformation
Even Better If...
You have experience partnering with marketing, communications, or customer-reference teams
You bring a fresh perspective on data and AI concepts and how to creatively articulate realized value
You have experience with upskilling and enablement, ideally alongside HR or employee success teams
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
