Job Summary:
Performs general administrative and transactional activities that support the organization’s tax compliance and reporting processes. Applies foundational knowledge of tax procedures to assist in maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and coordinating submissions to meet regulatory deadlines. Works under general supervision to ensure timely and accurate completion of standard tasks and supports team members in executing daily tax operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, filing, and tracking of standard tax documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with established procedures.
Maintains organized and accurate records of tax filings, correspondence, and related documentation.
Processes general data entries and reconciliations to support tax reporting accuracy.
Responds to routine internal inquiries related to tax documentation and status updates.
Coordinates information flow between internal teams and external contacts to support timely filing and review.
Identifies and communicates process or documentation issues to team members for resolution.
Supports the implementation of administrative improvements that enhance team efficiency.
Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
1–2 years of experience in tax, accounting, or a related administrative support role required.
Anticipated starting pay range:
