We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Coordinator to support the company’s tax compliance and accounting activities. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax calculations, supporting the accurate and timely filing of tax returns, maintaining tax records, reconciling tax accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and statutory deadlines.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Coordinator to support the company’s tax compliance and accounting activities. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing tax calculations, supporting the accurate and timely filing of tax returns, maintaining tax records, reconciling tax accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations and statutory deadlines.

Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation and filing of taxes.
- Review the accuracy of tax-related information recorded in accounting systems.
- Maintain accurate tax documentation, records, and filing archives.
- Support tax account reconciliations, recordkeeping, and tax-related reporting.
- Follow internal accounting and tax procedures and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Identify and report errors, missing documents, discrepancies, and potential compliance risks.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, accounting, and tax information.
- Stay updated on relevant changes in tax legislation and compliance requirements.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in tax, accounting, or bookkeeping is required or considered a strong advantage.
- Good knowledge of tax legislation, tax returns, VAT, income tax, and financial records.
- Experience preparing tax returns and reconciling tax accounts is preferred.
- Solid understanding of invoices, receipts, payments, and their tax treatment.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numerical and financial documents.
- Ability to manage large volumes of documents and meet statutory deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
