The Job

As a Legal Intern, you will support our Legal & Compliance team with a wide range of legal, compliance and administrative activities. You will help manage contracts, keep legal records up to date and assist with corporate housekeeping and NDAs.

You will also support compliance and due diligence screenings, handle KYC requests and contribute to privacy-related activities, including maintaining the Data Processing Register. In addition, you will help improve legal templates and standard documentation.

This role gives you a valuable behind-the-scenes look at how an in-house legal team operates, while giving you the opportunity to take initiative, work independently and gain practical legal experience in an international environment.
We are preferably looking for someone who is available to start as soon as possible.

Your Mission

• Support the legal department with a variety of tasks
• Help manage contracts and keep our records up to date
• Assist with corporate housekeeping and NDAs
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a legal team operates
• Compliance and due diligence screenings
• Assist with KYC requests
• Improve templates and standard documentation
• Assist with the Data Processing Register and Privacy related tasks.

Your Talent

• WO level studies; 
• You are available 24-40 hours; 
• Minimum of 4 months, 6 months is preferred; 
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; 
• A go-getter with a sharp eye for details and perfectionist mentality; 
• Quick learner, eager to grow; 
• Self-starter, proactive, positive attitude; 
• Strong communication skills;Well-organized and structured in your work. 
  

This internship is based in the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
