Responsibilities:
Sort, label, and organize legal and corporate documents for secure and easy retrieval.
Maintain document inventories using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and identify incomplete, duplicated, expired, or missing records.
Assist with scanning, digitizing, and archiving documents.
Research relevant regulations and prepare clear summaries of key requirements, risks, sanctions, and follow-up actions.
Provide progress updates and coordinate with the Legal team and other departments.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company documents and information.

Fresh graduate from any academic background; a Law degree is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand and summarize documents and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, organized, responsible, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Available for a three-month, on-site internship and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
