Why this is an exciting opportunity
As a Data Analyst with HUB24, you will work with stakeholders across the business to deliver reporting, dashboards and actionable insights that support decision-making, drive data maturity, and enhance the impact of data-driven solutions across the Group.
What you’ll be doing
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that support business decision-making.
Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations that provide meaningful business insights.
Use SQL, Python and analytics tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Support data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the organisation's analytics capability.
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
Experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence.
Strong SQL skills, with Python experience highly regarded.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in financial services, data consulting, Databricks or dbt will be highly regarded.
