Test Coordinator

Mission Overview:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute as Senior Test Coordinator (Testco), Test Designer, and Tester within the client's Financial Steering and Partner Portal product teams. Alongside overall test coordination, you will work hands-on to prepare maintenance assignments for test design and execution, analyze and follow up on defects/findings, and coach both test designers and client staff who may not have prior testing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of Test Coordinator (Testco) for projects and initiatives involving the product teams for Financial Steering and the Partner Portal at the client.
• Develop detailed test scenarios and test data; support other team members (both business and IT) in crafting test scenarios/cases and preparing test data. This involves primarily functional testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing) and, when needed, technical testing (SIT – System Integration Testing; E2E Testing).
• Execute tests yourself and support other testers.
• Provide test data for test automation and adjust test scripts when necessary.
• Assist in resolving defects together with the analyst and/or technical specialist.
• Proactively identify and report potential risks, issues, and improvements.
• Report on the status of test execution and on the resolution progress of identified defects.
• Document all testing documentation in Jira and Confluence.
• Agree with involved testers on timing and ways of working, and coordinate the practical aspects of test execution.
• Manage test users.

All of the above will be delivered as part of Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, working closely with the client's teams on site and remotely.

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as Test Coordinator — 5+ years — Senior.
• Demonstrable experience with formal test methods and techniques.
• Demonstrable experience with Jira as a test management tool — 4+ years — Medior.
• Demonstrable experience testing SAP systems (mainly FI-CO and CRM) — 7+ years — Senior.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Should-Have Skills and Experience (Preferred):

• Demonstrable experience as a tester in an Agile/Scrum project.
• Demonstrable experience writing test strategies and test scenarios.
• Demonstrable experience with Confluence.
• Demonstrable experience setting up test users in SAP.
• Demonstrable experience testing .NET applications — 4+ years — Medior.
• Demonstrable experience with test design and execution — 10+ years — Senior.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with test automation using Tosca.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Work Location and Flexibility:

• Primary work at the client's site in Melle, with readiness to travel occasionally to other locations such as Brussels and Mechelen for assignment needs.
• Willing to handle test tasks related to support and releases outside standard office hours when required.
