Training Coordinator  

• Coordinate property management training programs covering engineering, soft services, fire & life safety, BSC, audits, SOPs, and operational guidelines

• Work closely with L&D, property management, and technical teams to identify training needs and develop training plans

• Manage the property management training calendar and communicate schedules to site teams and stakeholders

• Arrange internal and external trainers, venues, site-based sessions, and training materials

• Track attendance, certifications, and mandatory training completion

• Collect and consolidate training feedback to support continuous improvement

• Support compliance, audit readiness, and operational excellence through structured training initiatives

• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation for audits and reviews

• Experience in Learning & Development within property or facilities management environments

• Understanding of engineering operations, soft services, fire & life safety, and compliance-driven training

• Familiarity with SOPs, audits, BSC, and operational guidelines

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
