The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role assists in developing promotional materials, coordinating events, managing digital content, and conducting market research. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator ensures brand consistency and helps drive engagement across multiple channels. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and events.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Managers to assist in developing marketing collateral such as sales materials, presentations, and customer success stories.
Create and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and brand messaging.
Manage and update technical data and resources related to product changes and updates.
Serve as the worldwide liaison for coordinating and executing global new product launches.
Assist Product Marketing Managers by coordinating photo and video shoots, product testing, product sample requests and end user testimonials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies and messaging.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
Execute each essential duty satisfactorily in order to perform job successfully.
Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Microsoft Flow or HubSpot is a plus.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; creative writing, technical writing, and presentation development.
Highly organized with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented; excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI, Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
