The Art Director supports QVC and HSN, and helps shape bold, customer-centric creative that elevates the QVC and HSN brands across omnichannel experiences. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will develop visually compelling creative that supports brand campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and cross-channel brand expression.

You will help bring ideas to life from concept through execution, partnering with senior creative leaders to ensure work is delivered with clarity, craft, and consistency.

 

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our headquarters in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). You will also need to be available to come onsite for assigned shoot days.
• You must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

 

What You'll Do

• Design, art direct and develop integrated creative ideas for QVC and HSN across omnichannel experiences
• Support the development of brand campaigns, seasonal storytelling, and cross-channel creative expressions
• Adapt creative thinking across distinct brand voices, visual identities, and customer audiences
• Translate briefs and business goals into visual concepts, mood boards, layouts, storyboards, and presentations
• Partner with senior creative leaders to help move ideas from concept through production and final execution
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, creative operations, production teams, social, media, and external partners
• Art direct photo shoots, guiding visual execution in partnership with photographers, stylists, producers, and retouchers
• Help maintain creative integrity throughout production, ensuring work aligns to concept, brand standards, and campaign goals
• Apply trend awareness, customer understanding, and campaign learnings to strengthen creative output over time

 

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in art direction, brand creative, or integrated campaign development in an in-house, agency, retail, media, or e-commerce environment
• Application MUST include portfolio demonstrating concepting, visual storytelling, campaign thinking, and art direction across channels
• Experience contributing to integrated campaigns and omnichannel creative
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, brand systems, and storytelling
• Experience supporting production and collaborating with photographers, stylists, producers, retouchers, and other creative partners
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as familiarity with project management platforms, creative workflow tools, and AI-enabled creative tools and workflows.
