About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a strong and timely pipeline of high-quality candidates across the organization.

You will operate as a trusted advisor to the business—leveraging data, market insights, and expertise to influence hiring decisions, improve recruitment outcomes, and strengthen our overall talent position.

Your work will directly impact our ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our long-term business goals.

What you will do

• Strategic Stakeholder Partnership
  Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leaders. Act as a strategic advisor by translating business needs into effective talent acquisition strategies and providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

• End-to-End Recruitment
  Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce plans. Anticipate future talent needs and proactively develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

• Market Intelligence & Talent Insights
  Leverage internal data and external market insights to forecast talent availability, identify hiring challenges, and guide workforce planning decisions. Provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

• Data-Driven Excellence
  Use data and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify trends, and continuously improve processes. Ensure high data quality and effective use of recruitment systems and tools.

• Operational Leadership in Complex Hiring
  Lead recruitment efforts in complex and competitive talent markets. Drive innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen employer branding, and ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience.

• Strategic Impact & Capability Building
  Contribute to and lead the development of talent acquisition frameworks, policies, and global initiatives. Support organizational growth through scalable and future-focused hiring strategies.

• Collaboration & Community Leadership
  Actively contribute to the broader Talent Acquisition community. Share best practices, mentor colleagues, and act as a role model to elevate overall team performance.

• Compliance & Best Practices
  Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

About You

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while managing operational delivery.

• A consultative mindset, acting as a credible advisor who uses data and insights to guide decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse audiences
• A proactive and forward-looking approach, anticipating talent needs and market shifts
• Solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and candidate experience
• Confidence in navigating complex hiring challenges and competitive talent markets
• A structured and analytical approach, using data to drive improvements and measure impact
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global environment
• A role-model mindset, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing across the TA community

What You Know

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree or HR certification is an advantage)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of partnering with the business
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, technologies, and relevant regulations
• Experience working across multiple regions and with diverse, international teams
• Experience from a recruitment agency is considered an advantage
