We’re looking for a warm, energetic Guest Experience Associate / Maitre D’ to help bring that experience to life at our San Mateo studio.

The Role

You’ll be one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests. You’ll welcome guests, support them throughout their visit, help them navigate our technology and membership experience, and keep the front of house running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and check in guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
• Provide Squeeze’s signature over-the-top, first-class guest service.
• Support guests throughout their experience, from check-in through completion of their appointment.
• Help guests navigate the Squeeze app, including downloading the app, setting up their account, booking appointments, and managing their membership.
• Assist guests with questions about services and membership options.
• Maintain the front-of-house area and guest lounge to Squeeze’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns thoughtfully and professionally.
• Help keep the studio running smoothly and communicate effectively with the team.
• Create a welcoming, polished environment that reflects the Squeeze brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, retail, spa, fitness, or a similar service-oriented environment preferred.
• A warm, friendly, and hospitality-focused approach to interacting with guests.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems and applications.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day is required.
