Job Description Summary
The Senior Systems & process Leader serves a vital bridge between Product Management and operational execution. This role leads a team of contractors responsible for the tools, systems, and governance processes that empower the business. This position will support and development of enterprise tools (e.g., RISE, IBAT, DIB) to ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and the successful attainment of business objectives.Beyond system management, this role is instrumental in driving process rigor, supporting installed base management, and facilitating regional engagement. By leveraging Lean methodologies and cross-functional partnerships, this leader will drive continuous improvement and provide the analytics necessary for strategic decision-making.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Systems Strategy & Governance: Facilitate the integration of new system functionalities with existing infrastructure. Collaborate with IT and contractors to ensure a coordinated approach to the development and maintenance of core tools (e.g., IBAT, DIB, RISE).
- Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing solutions that improve responsiveness, reduce lead times, and enhance quality. Support Lean and other continuous improvement initiatives across the Product Management team.
- Data Integrity & Management: Partner with data owners to implement processes that ensure a single source of truth. Prioritize data requiring scrutiny to maintain robust management of the installed base and overall data quality.
- Stakeholder & Regional Engagement: Facilitate regional engagement sessions and support operational rhythms. Coordinate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of contractors; ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities and project timelines. Design and deliver training programs to ensure team proficiency in applications (IBAT & DIB).
- Support quarterly reporting and Ad Hoc request related to install base.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Proven operational leadership experience (e.g., Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success leading within a large, matrixed organization.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time, in compliance with company policies.
- 7-10 years of experience in Power Generation, or related field.

For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,900.00 - 202,300.00 CAD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
