Sr Analyst - Digital Enablement and Analytics

## What you’ll do:

• Building and deploying digital solutions, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled tools for the Strategy and Corporate Development team
• Creating structured repositories and governance for strategic assets such as M&A pipeline information, competitive insights and market intelligence, SAM/TAM/PAM analyses, and recurring strategic team outputs.
• Identifying new technologies and use cases that can improve productivity, insight generation, and decision-making for the SCD team
• Serving as the "digital enabler" for SCD, combining business acumen, analytical capability, and technology aptitude to modernize how the function works.
• Serve as team's digital champion, partnering with external vendors, Eaton IT and other internal enabling functions to evaluate, integrate, and scale strategy-specific solutions within the broader ecosystem, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, data governance, and long-term sustainability
• Develop training materials, playbooks, and best practices while actively coaching and educating the team to maximize adoption and effective utilization of digital, analytics, and other tools.
• Data Interpretation: Synthesize complex datasets from internal and external sources, translating technical and market data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Provide guidance to other team members

## Qualifications:

• Position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; an MBA in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Candidate must possess 3-7 years of experience in digital transformation, business analytics, business intelligence, automation, data management, or related roles. Experience working at the intersection of business strategy and technology is highly desirable.

## Skills:

• Candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
• Experience building dashboards, automation workflows, AI-enabled tools, and knowledge repositories is preferred.
• The role requires proficiency in data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), automation and workflow tools, and familiarity with emerging AI technologies and productivity solutions. Experience evaluating, implementing, and governing digital tools within an enterprise environment is desirable.
