Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation Defense to join a dynamic and growing legal team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
- Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Effectively manage time and adhere to firm procedures
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications/Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
- Proven ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutions
- Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy approach to legal practice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
