Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce architecture, application integration, and digital customer experience platforms. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support strategic business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define scalable architecture patterns, integration strategies, and governance standards.
- Lead solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal platform capabilities and architecture approaches.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product managers, developers, and integration teams.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
- Support data migration, master data management, and API integration initiatives.
- Establish framework standards, design documentation, and implementation roadmaps.
- Mentor developers and administrators on Salesforce best practices and emerging platform capabilities.
Key Skills / Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in solution architecture and system integration methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Process-oriented with great documentation skills
- Experience with or knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies
- Desire to learn new skills and technology
- Technical efficiencies in products such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Automation, Salesforce Security Model, and Data Modeling and Governance.
- Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
