As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare diagnostic services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and vendor entry in accordance with established facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
