Description
POS is seeking an Implementation Coordinator for our Print Storefront line of business to join our growing team in Waterloo, Iowa.
POS offers customers a print storefront that allows organizations to easily manage and order their print collateral. Key features of the storefront include a digital library of collateral for ease of ordering, inventory controls, invoicing, brand management, reporting, shipment tracking, and more.
The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for getting customers live on the storefront. This includes leading client discovery calls and collaborating with POS Sales, Production and Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for executing all implementation steps, quality controls and client training of finished storefront.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the implementation process from time of closed sale to live service.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders including Design, Customer Service, Sales and Production.
- Managing implementation pipeline and meeting deadlines.
- Emphasis on coordinating larger customer installs.
- Leading client kick-off calls, action items, timelines and best practices for storefront utilization.
- Understanding minimum design file requirements, products, stocks, and print production.
- Documenting implementation steps, client communications and training of live storefront.
- Communicating internal and external responsibilities with all stakeholders.
- Liaison between customer internal support services for client issues and questions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Account Management, customer service and/or sales experience a bonus.
- High degree of attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and strong organizational skills.
- Must be deadline-driven.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Client-centric and with strong customer service skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, and technology, including Microsoft Office Suites preferred.
