For over 8 years, Heavy Value LLC has provided reliable Meta Ads infrastructure for high-risk brands (CBD, THC, telehealth, supplements) in the North American market. We supply clients with trusted ad accounts, agency-level BMs, and seamless account replacement protocols, allowing them to scale campaigns without the risk of ad bans stopping their traffic. Our clients are top DTC brands and agencies with ad spends ranging from $1K to $100K+ per day.
About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account/ Delivery Manager to coordinate the process of issuing ready-to-use Meta ad assets to our clients. In this role, there is no need to manually "farm" accounts or set up ad campaigns — you will act as the crucial link between our technical team and our clients (US-based partner agencies).
Core Responsibilities:
- Text-Based Communication: Support clients and partner agencies via Slack (no calls required).
- Delivery of Meta Assets: Receive client requests, coordinate the assembly of assets (BMs, ad accounts, social profiles) with the tech team, and deliver them to the client promptly.
- Onboarding & Guidelines: Provide clients with templated guidelines on how to safely launch and manage their accounts.
- Troubleshooting: React swiftly to account bans: verify the issue, assign an account replacement task, and deliver the new backup.
- Data Management: Record basic operational actions in Google Spreadsheets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 6+ months in Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Client Success, or Support roles within the digital/advertising space.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Meta's infrastructure. Knowledge of FB Ad Policy is a major plus.
- Language: Written English at a B1 (Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate) level or higher + Ukrainian
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail (ability to spot and resolve issues), structured approach, proactivity, and emotional maturity. Ability to independently search for answers in provided guidelines before escalating questions to the team.
