The Opportunity
Hasbro Mexico is looking for a Sr. Key Account Manager to lead our relationship with key department store partners, drive profitable growth and develop a high-performing team. In this role you’ll be the strategic owner of the business with your accounts, from annual negotiation to execution in store.
Your Impact
- Account Strategy & Negotiation
- Own the annual Joint Business Plan with major retail groups, each with its own buying committee and calendar.
- Deliver your quarterly sales budget and manage trade investment efficiently.
- Analyze account KPIs (sell-in/sell-out, inventory, margins) to find growth opportunities.
- Seasonal Execution & In-Store Excellence
- Lead key seasons such as Children’s Day, Back to School, Buen Fin, Christmas and Three Kings Day with Marketing, Field and Operations.
- Propose differentiated initiatives that drive incremental sales.
- Run store checks so that what we plan happens on the sales floor.
- People Leadership
- Take part in hiring, and work with other teams to solve business challenges with a whole-company view.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years in Sales or Key Account Management in consumer goods or retail; toy industry experience is a plus.
- Proven experience negotiating with buying committees at major Mexican retailers.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong analytical skills (P&L, sell-in/sell-out) and comfort using AI tools to work smarter.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Advanced English.
