Strategic Account Management & Revenue Growth

• Manage and grow key retail, distributor, and e-commerce partners
• Develop and execute account plans delivering revenue, margin and profit
• Lead negotiations (pricing, contracts, trading terms, promotions)
• Drive joint business planning and category growth
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

New Business Conversion

• Own high-value opportunities from the AU pipeline
• Lead conversion of major deals
• Develop commercial proposals and pitch strategies
• Negotiate and close deals end-to-end
• Partner with pipeline coordination to prioritise key opportunities

Customer Relationship Leadership

• Act as primary commercial contact for key accounts
• Conduct regular performance and strategy reviews
• Ensure strong customer engagement and execution

Market & Channel Insights

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Identify new channel opportunities
• Translate insights into commercial strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product teams
• Ensure seamless execution of launches and promotions

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Track sales, margin and account performance
• Deliver business reviews and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement.

What We are Looking For

• Senior level experience managing key or national accounts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively
• Strong negotiation and deal closing capability
• Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to manage accounts and growth opportunities simultaneously
• FMCG, pet or retail experience
• Passion for pets and improving the lives of pet parents.
