We're looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key customers, engaging senior decision makers and influencers to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable partnerships
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio
- Promote our payment solutions and services to increase awareness, generate demand, and strengthen our position in the market
- Achieve revenue targets by identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue per customer
- Understand customer needs through regular business reviews and strategic discussions, connecting customer priorities with our products and services
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in key account management, sales, or relationship management, ideally in the payments or financial services industry
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to engage and influence senior level decision makers
- A commercial mindset with experience identifying sales opportunities, developing account strategies, and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive and customer focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities effectively.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience managing strategic or enterprise level accounts
- Knowledge of payment acceptance solutions and the broader payments industry
- Experience developing account growth strategies in an international or cross functional environment.
