Job Purpose

• The HR Business Partner helps strengthen the organization’s workforce by serving as a dependable resource for employees, leaders, and the HR Team. This role creates a responsive, organized, and employee-focused HR environment that supports the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

 

Job Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field, preferred

 

Licenses and/or Certifications:

• None

 

Work Experience:

• Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferred
• Operating knowledge of HR functional areas, preferred
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
